Customers can purchase products directly through the Cadenza School Leadership Partners website using a valid debit or credit card. All payments are securely processed via third-party payment providers (Stripe). By submitting your payment details, you confirm that you are authorised to use the card and have sufficient funds to complete the transaction.

3.2 Invoice Payments for Schools
Schools may order products via invoice by contacting us directly using the school order form. Invoice orders must be paid in full before the product is sent and made available for download. Payment is due within 14 days of the invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing. Cadenza School Leadership Partners reserves the right to delay or withhold access to digital resources until full payment is received.

4. Digital Downloads and Delivery
All digital resources are delivered via email or direct download link upon receipt of full payment. You will receive an email confirmation of your purchase, including details for accessing the digital download. If you encounter any issues with downloading or accessing your purchase, please contact us using the contact form.

The download link to your digital resource is available for 30 days upon completion of purchase. We strongly recommend that you download and save your digital product on a device and/or cloud storage service as soon as you have access to it. If you lose access to your digital file, we can resend the link to you but make no guarantees about how quickly this can be sent. Please use the contact form to request this.

5. Refund Policy
5.1 No Refunds for Digital Products
In accordance with UK consumer law, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for digital downloads once the product has been accessed. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you waive your right to a refund once the digital content has been provided to you.
