3. Payment Terms

3.1 Online Payments

Customers can purchase products directly through the Cadenza School Leadership Partners website using a valid debit or credit card. All payments are securely processed via third-party payment providers (Stripe). By submitting your payment details, you confirm that you are authorised to use the card and have sufficient funds to complete the transaction.

3.2 Invoice Payments for Schools

Schools may order products via invoice by contacting us directly using the school order form. Invoice orders must be paid in full before the product is sent and made available for download. Payment is due within 14 days of the invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing. Cadenza School Leadership Partners reserves the right to delay or withhold access to digital resources until full payment is received.

4. Digital Downloads and Delivery

All digital resources are delivered via email or direct download link upon receipt of full payment. You will receive an email confirmation of your purchase, including details for accessing the digital download. If you encounter any issues with downloading or accessing your purchase, please contact us using the contact form.

The download link to your digital resource is available for 30 days upon completion of purchase. We strongly recommend that you download and save your digital product on a device and/or cloud storage service as soon as you have access to it. If you lose access to your digital file, we can resend the link to you but make no guarantees about how quickly this can be sent. Please use the contact form to request this.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 No Refunds for Digital Products

In accordance with UK consumer law, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for digital downloads once the product has been accessed. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you waive your right to a refund once the digital content has been provided to you.

Please ensure that you have read the product descriptions carefully and are certain of your purchase before proceeding. If you believe there has been an error or if you have technical issues accessing the product, please contact us for assistance.

5.2 Exemptions to Refund Policy

Refunds will only be considered in cases where:

  • A technical issue has prevented the download or access to the product, and it cannot be resolved.

All refund requests must be made within 14 days of purchase, and evidence of the issue may be required to process a claim.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cadenza School Leadership Partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, our digital products or services. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data, loss of revenue or profits, business interruption, or damage to reputation, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8.1 No Liability for Outcomes

Cadenza School Leadership Partners provides digital resources and guidance for school leaders to support their preparation for Ofsted inspections and other educational leadership responsibilities. However, we make no guarantees or representations regarding specific outcomes in schools, including but not limited to:

  • The results or judgments of an Ofsted inspection.

  • Improvements in school performance, leadership practices, or pupil outcomes.

  • Compliance with regulatory standards.

The use of our products does not guarantee a specific outcome or result, and any decisions made based on the content provided in our resources are at the sole discretion and risk of the user.
